Dear valid customer, with all the major alarm companies buying each other out and trying to monopolize the alarm business, I have noticed that their service has started to go down hill and become poor at best. It seems like these security companies today are getting to big to handle the service load that is put on them because the company is not local or to far away to get to you within 24 hours to service system issues. When that happens ...the customer ends up with their alarm system down for days or even weeks. If you have a service issue it should not take a company any longer than 24 hours to get the system back up and running not one to two weeks. I give all our customers our 24 hour guarantee that their system will be up and running within that time or they get a month free. We offer 24 hour technical service so if you have a service issue you can get the help you need no matter what time of the day it is. Another issue I see with some companies out there is that they are not willing to work with you if your credit score is below 600. If they do work with you then they want you to pay $500 to $800 for a basic system. This is not right, protecting your family shouldn’t cost you an arm and a leg or have any thing to do with how good or bad your credit is. Here at A-TEAM TECHNOLOGY we believe that everyone should be able to protect there homes and families no matter what their financial situation is or how good their credit score is. So we started our company to be able to work with individuals such as yourself on a personal level to customize each alarm system for your security needs and work with you no matter what your credit score is. My company has been in business since 2009 and is based on ideas and suggestions from people like you so that we can best fit your needs. We have offices in Illinois and Georgia. We are a locally owned and operated company and we have technicians in Illinois, Kentucky and Georgia. All of our technicians have been to ITT Technical collage and have over 10 years experience in the alarm business. We start our alarm systems at $200.00 for a basic system and $200.00 for labor.
