My name is Ben Wood and I am the owner & operator of Compass Carpet Cleaning. I have over 5 years of experience with a national leading company in the floor care industry ( the past 3 years as a local training instructor). Compass is a different concept in carpet cleaning. We use lower cleaning pressure (250 psi max) and higher quality cleaning agents than many companies.The use of superior cleaning agents eliminates the need soak the carpets wit ...h high pressure water. This allows us to use hot water extraction, which is the best and most recommended method of cleaning carpet, while eliminating the long dry times that result when the carpets are overly wet. The use of less moisture also helps to minimize the chances of spots reappearing or "wicking" back to the surface. Payments accepted are cash or check (with valid state issued ID.)
