ROGER EASON CONSTRUCTION CO. is a hands on residential construction business. I, Roger Eason, have been in the construction field since I was a teenager working for my contractor grandfather. We strive to produce a high quality product and have many satisfied customers for reference. Being a State Licensed Contractor, you have the comfort of knowing I meet certain requirements and I encourage you to check my status by going online(www.hblb.alabam ...a.gov) and entering my current license number(04408). (James R. Eason) is my legal name and the one that will appear. For years most of my advertising has been word of mouth and has sufficed, but with advancing technology I want keep up to date. Getting to the actual nuts and bolts of my business, myself,a brother, and a couple of employees will clear the lot, layout, pull lines,set elevations,dig footings, pour footings,work with block and concrete subcontractors. According to the size, timeframe,and customer's budget we will either frame the structure ourselves or get a set price from a framing contractor. If the customer and I decide on a framing contractor, then I will supervise and inspect his work. After framing is complete, electrical wiring,plumbing,hvac, and other trades are worked with. All work is observed and coordinated by me or my brother. Drywall,wood, or other interior finishes are installed and exterior roofing and wall surfaces applied. We do our own trim work, set doors and windows. Basically, we subcontract the wiring, plumbing,hvac,brickwork, and roofing. We do the framing, unless the owner needs and wants a set price so as to permit a more accurate proposal. I prefer to do work on a cost plus basis and have many satisfied references using that arrangement. A firm bid can be given if the customer desires it.
