As an inspector with more than 4500 completed inspections, I run my business with one goal in mind - to perform the most thorough inspection I can so that you don't face unwelcome surprises. In addition to my home inspection experience, I am a former Chairman of the State Home Inspector Advisory Board which developed the Standards of Practice for Washington State. I am also a former member of the Washington State Building Code Council and wrote a ... short book for home sellers titled Surviving the Home Inspection. The inspection will include all the elements of the Washington State SoP. From top to bottom, I will inspect your home. If safe, I will walk the roof, crawl the crawlspace, and remove covers for electrical panels. Reports are completed on the same day and include digital pictures and video.
