SC Demolition is committed to providing our clients with exceptional service, and affordable solutions, to help them complete their demolition projects on time, and on budget. Our services: Total structure demolition. **The entire structure, including the foundation or basement are totally demolished and hauled away. Selective structure demolition. **Only selected areas of the structure are demolished, such as everything above the foundatio ...n, but not the foundation itself. Interior gutting/selective. **Gutting is where everything, (in every room) of the building comes out, including AC/heat, electrical and plumbing, floors to the joists and walls to the studs, etc... Interior selective is where everything comes out of selected rooms only. Debris removal and disposal. **This is an included expense in the final invoice on all demolition projects. Meaning the client does not pay extra for debris removal and disposal. However, it is an expense that is factored into the estimate and will be reflected on the final invoice. Though it does not cost extra, debris removal and disposal services must be paid upfront as a non refundable deposit at a rate of 25% of the total project invoice to cover the cost of disposal. Junk removal. **Junk removal is a separate business model and is invoiced separately from our demolition services. However, demolition clients can still request junk removal at a discounted rate when bundled with their demolition project. Junk removal services are not to be confused with debris removal and disposal of demolition projects, rather, they are intended for cleaning up clutter in yards, garages, sheds and barns, or anywhere else on a clients property that they want junk removed from. The "junk" we take makes up a long list of items. For example, we'll remove junk cars, mowers, appliances, furniture, unsold yard sale items and even, the kitchen sink too, if the client desires.
